The 2,000-year-old canoe was discovered in Slovenia
Slovenian archaeologists announced on July 21 that they have found the other half of a single wooden boat dating back 2,000 years to the Ljubljanica river in Ljubljana.

This unique wooden boat will be restored and put on display at a new exhibition center for tourism exploration in Vrhnika.
According to the announcement, this boat weighs about 2 tons and is 16m long. This may be the oldest travel vehicle found to date and one of the largest dugout boats in the world.
This boat can be built during the period from 50 BC to 70 AD.
Thanks to the current techniques, in the future, experts can predict exactly when it was born.
