The boy did not recognize himself as a boy
Josie Romero loves pink, likes to tie bows in hair and nail polish. But life is not so easy with this 8-year-old child, because she was born in the form of a son .
Not belonging to a group of gays (like lovers of the same sex), Josie is in the transgender group (who always feel conflicted with their biological gender), DailyMail said.
At the age of 4, the boy living in Arizona (USA) knew he had a wrong gender, and even told his parents, " I am actually my daughter ". In the same year, her parents adopted a 2-year-old Chinese girl. They were worried that Josie would be jealous of her new brother. But unexpectedly, the boy was very interested in having a younger sister, enjoyed playing with him and worked hard to "turn" the boy toys into feminine toys.
At the age of 5, Josie refused to cut her hair and only wore colors such as orange or pink.
Venessia - my mother - thought they had a son who was "gay". But when she consulted the pediatrician, she knew that the boy belonged to the transgender world, and Josie was not alone.
Venessia began giving Josie the opportunity to choose how she wanted to live. She put it in the closet for half of the female clothes, and half for men's clothes. But Josie only chose girls.
At 6 years old, Josie was taken to a sex expert and confirmed this diagnosis. Since then, the family began to accept Josie as a real girl, and expedited the process to turn her into a girl, first taking drugs to prevent male hormones adolescence.
Later, when she was 12 years old, "little girl" would be given a female hormone supplement containing estrogen. Josie also understood that when she was an adult, she had surgery to have a true female figure.

Currently, Josie has been legally acknowledged as a girl. Her identity cards, passports and even social insurance numbers were changed to suit female gender. Only, local schools have not accepted it, and her parents have hired people to teach their children at home, waiting when they grow up.
