In the short clip, the dog can be clearly seen shaking its head, jumping up to stand on its hind legs, with its only front leg hanging down, and then walking like a human into the next room.

The dog's owner said that every time Dexter walks on the street, it also attracts the attention of many people. "Dexter is a super funny and friendly dog. Sometimes he's goofy and funny, but usually stays in a happy and positive mood. He will say hello to anyone," this person said. to add.
