The earthquake is 5.9 degrees in Haiti, at least 7 people died
The 5.9-magnitude earthquake occurred in northern Haiti, leaving at least 7 people dead and 130 injured.

The epicenter of the epicenter was 20 km northwest of the port city of Port-de-Paix west of northwest, Reuters today led a notice from the US Geological Survey (USGS). Local media reported the earthquake that at least one person died.
This is one of the strongest earthquakes in Haiti since the 7-magnitude earthquake in 2010, killing thousands.
In a post on Twitter, Haitian President Jovenel Moise called on people to stay calm after the residential protection agency said the earthquake caused turmoil in the northern towns.
Le Nouvelliste newspaper said one person died when a hall collapsed in an earthquake in Gros Morne town. According to information on social networks, the capital of Port-au-Prince of Haiti was also affected by the earthquake but did not suffer significant damage.
