The first human space hotel opened in 2025

All the amenities of a normal hotel on Earth are here, except the pool. In return, customers will have a very special experience.

Von Braun Space Station was designed by the Gateway Foundation in the style of a commercial hotel with a capacity of 400 people. This place will be open to guests from 2025.

Similar to a luxurious hotel on Earth, Von Braun has a kitchen, a restaurant and a cinema with room service. It has a double circle structure, which allows the outer circle to rotate within and generate artificial gravity.

This technology is similar to the ISS space station, but people can travel normally on Von Braun instead of hovering. That helps employees or guests live long in the hotel as comfortable as staying on Earth.

The outer circle has a diameter of 190 meters, contains giant solar panels, radiators and rail travel systems. The inner circle has 24 different modules, including hotel accommodation rooms, restaurants, bars, scientific research facilities, training and resting areas of the crew . Expected Von Braun will reserve a number of locations for space agencies to rent, and the rest for commercial tourists.

The investor estimates that about 100 visitors visit Von Braun weekly. The promised rental rates are not too expensive, just the equivalent of a Disneyland vacation or a cruise trip.

Von Braun is not the first space hotel project, but it is likely to become a reality soonest.
