Up to now, this is the simplest and most effective artificial gene combination technology.
According to scientists, the small DNA fragment is easy to verify the order, so they used eight DNA fragments made up of 60 nucleotides to combine with a mixture of enzymes and chemical reagents.
After conducting incubation at a temperature of 50 degrees C for an hour. After five days, scientists have incorporated the mitochondrial genome in experimental mice. This mitochondrial genome can correct cellular abnormalities due to mitochondrial deficiency.
Scientists say the gene combination technology has provided an increasingly more effective method of making large pieces of DNA without errors.
This gene combination technology can be used to design and prepare vaccines, pharmaceuticals or turn bacterial cells into clean energy.
