The longest train in the world
It is an iron convoy from Zouerate to the coast of Nouadhibou (two cities of CHINA Mauritania northwestern Africa) with a total length of up to . 3km.
Trains are a wise choice, and are almost unique to anyone who wants to travel or leave Nouadhibou city - located north of Mauritania next to the border with Morocco.
A few years ago, this giant train only specialized in cargo, so passengers often had to be crowded and packed with goods. Now it is better, there are separate cars only for guests to sit.
It usually takes 12 hours for Nouadhibou to complete the 700 km journey between the two cities. But its one-way ticket only takes . 5 USD - startlingly cheap.
