The lost picture of Leonardo da Vinci was found in the Swiss bank

A picture of Leonardo da Vinci is thought to have been lost for centuries, even though many people think it is just a picture that doesn't really exist, found in Swiss banks.

The mystery of this 500-year-old painting has been lifted on October 4. According to Telegragh, a picture of Leonardo da Vinci is found in a cellar in a Swiss bank.

The picture depicting the Renaissance noble woman, Isabella d'Este, was found in her personal collection with over 400 works kept in Swiss banks by an Italian family.

The picture is almost complete for the pencil-sketched version of Leonardo da Vinci in the city of Matua (Italy) in 1499. The sketch is quite clear to create the work recently found, hanging in the Museum. Louvre (France).

After examining this painting, it was found that the paint and portraits were similar to the other paintings Da Vinci used. Moreover, the examination showed that this work was drawn between 1460 - 1650.

Notably, this work is similar to sketching at the Louvre because of its almost identical posture, outfit and hairstyle. Mona Lisa lovers can also recognize the mysterious smile on this work.

Professor Martin Kemp, from Oxford University, who specializes in Da Vinci, thinks that if it is true that De Vinci's painting, this mysterious picture will be worth tens of pounds because only 15 - 20 works are confirmed. Da Vinci's intention is existing.

For centuries, people have been arguing about whether Leonardo actually developed a portrait from this sketch.
