Ak Shihabudheen told Odditycentral that the first time he spotted an egg from his farm with the yolk turning green was nine months ago. At first, the family was surprised and decided to keep it, not sell it, the eggs still hatched into children. Some of the 6 chickens that have hatched from strange eggs have begun to lay new eggs and, strangely, they are also green!

These eggs are still boiling and eating normally by the farmers.

Ak Shihabudheen added that his whole family ate normal boiled eggs and did not show any strange symptoms. The taste of these eggs is exactly the same as the normal, no difference.

Experts from Kerala University of Animal and Veterinary Science came to the farmer's farm to witness the exotic laying eggs and took samples for lab analysis. Dr Sankaralingam said: "We have begun to conduct some experiments to find out the reason behind this rare event. This is a rare phenomenon. The cause is likely to come from domestic food. hold".
