Step 1: Remove the phone immediately and turn off the power

It is very difficult for us to practice a reflex, see the phone falling into the water, to get the device right away. However, you should know that the faster you get your smartphone out of the water, the higher your chances of survival.

Because immediately when exposed to water, the connection port, microphone port, charging port or plastic cover wrapped around the body can easily allow water to enter after a few seconds. Step 2: Things are not allowed to do

Step 3: Remove the phone if possible

Remember, here we only disassemble the possible parts , not disassemble the entire components inside the smartphone. For monolithic smartphones, let's remove the SIM card and memory card right away (if available). Meanwhile, with a smartphone with a removable back cover, unplug the device's back cover, remove both the battery, SIM card and memory card.

Step 4: Dry the disassembled parts

Step 5: Absorb moisture

If cleaning is done, or using a suction machine with great efficiency with disassembled parts such as the back cover, SIM card, memory card, especially for the camera body, we need specialized equipment to hygroscopic.

The simplest method we can use is to use a sealed container containing dry rice to absorb moisture for smartphones. Of course, if your home is grown and has moisture-resistant particles available exclusively for cameras, we can use these moisture-proof particles.
