A mysterious character appeared on the castle window.

Last month, a photo was taken at the old castle in North Berwick, East Lothian (Scotland) arguably the most convincing 'ghost' image in the world. The mysterious character appears in the noble costume with a collared shirt standing inside a window with bars.

The second photo was taken by Grace Lamb, from Endinburgh, in the same place as the first photo but 32 years ago. Photograph of husband Lamb and two children Paul and Kelly. Behind them was a woman standing looking out through the window.

Mrs. Lamb did not remember seeing a face when she pressed the camera to take this picture. The strange character was only discovered when the photo was printed and has become a hotly debated topic in the family.

The family of Lamb decided to send the photo to Professor Wiseman after new discoveries of the 'ghost' image at Tantallon Castle were especially noticed.

Professor Wiseman, from the University of Hertfordshire, who heads the research group on ghost photos around the world as part of the project for the International Scientific Conference of Endinburgh, said: 'I'm always skeptical about' ghosts'. ', but this photo is a great discovery. There were a lot of people visiting the project website and sending me hundreds of photos, but this is the most curious picture. '

Alex Pryce, of the Edinburgh research group, remains skeptical: 'When the picture is enlarged, it seems that the mysterious character is the image of a woman carrying on her shoulder a small, pink jacket. Go downstairs with a shopping basket '.
