' We want to realize the dreams of people who love robots, from children to adults, ' said a representative of Gyrowalk, a Osaka-based company.
The store's main product is the popular two-legged Nuvo robot, designed by a Tokyo robot manufacturer to serve families. 35cm high Nuvo, can be controlled remotely by controller and mobile phone, can dance, recognize human voice and respond to human commands.
Nuvo is priced at 588,000 yen, a cheap price, but store owners hope to attract more buyers because it targets customers who are in their 40s.
