The young engineer built an incinerator combined with cheap boiling water
Seeing that the garbage does not have any treatment place, Mr. Nguyen Bloom has built an incinerator combining boiled water for living with the cost of VND 7 million.
Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education, engineer Nguyen No (34) in Hanh Thuan commune, Nghia Hanh district, Quang Ngai province used to work for a foreign company with a branch in Quang Ngai. After that, he set up a company to produce products made by himself, with high applicability.
In recent years, congested waste has become a painful problem when the garbage plants are shut down due to surrounding pollution. Bloom's house is in the countryside near the center of the district, but he cannot avoid this situation."Communes were jammed with garbage because people near the district's landfill did not allow garbage trucks to come in, so I made this machine to handle waste in rural areas," said Mr. Bloom.
He added that rural families have large gardens, often disposing of rubbish by burning. But this is inconvenient in the rainy season, and the smoke during burning affects neighbors. Some people take advantage of incineration to boil water, but doing so is the one who inhales the toxic gas of inorganic waste the most.

To overcome these problems, Mr. Nguyen No has an idea of a machine that can both utilize the heat from burning garbage and handle the rising smoke.
The research process lasted nearly a year, Mr. Bloom followed the habits of an inventor, always keeping his designs secret until the end. The workers are outsourced, even the family members only know each part, not the overall structure of the machine.
Until last August, the engineer just officially launched his "son" spirit. 2m high machine, 1.2m long, 0.8m wide, chimney rising can produce 20m smoke column, produced at a cost of 7 million.

The machine includes the main parts: garbage inlet door; two primary and secondary combustion chambers; air intakes and wholesale ash supply; water supply pipes, heat exchangers; heat storage containers; misting water filters; electrical cabinets to control convection fans, misting equipment; chimney.
The author of the waste disposal facility explains that this device will be drained from the family's water tank. Water will enter the machine through two lines: the heat exchanger tube and the water mist filter to treat smoke.
After igniting the fire, the heat energy will transfer to the water through the heat exchanger tube set of stainless steel b8, 304. Boiling water, enough pressure will push up the heat storage tank, keep hot water within 24 hours.
The generated smoke is misted, combined with convection fan to lower the temperature, remove toxins, then take it out. Ash created can be destroyed or used as bricks.
The water after boiling can be used to make instant noodles, serving for daily life.(Photo: An Bang).
Currently, the device is being tested by Mr. Bloom in the family. Many friends appreciate his initiative and believe that this machine meets the urgent reality when waste has not been treated.
Currently he is still improving the machine, especially how to handle poison in smoke better . "If positive results will be widely deployed in other households," Mr. Bloom said.
