There will be smart cameras to detect the wicked
Security systems capable of detecting criminals before they can hand over can appear in five years.
ISIS - short for Integrated Sensor Information System - is being developed by a team of experts at the University of Belfast (UK). Telegraph said the system is designed to work with CCTV cameras in public places and vehicles.
To do that, ISIS analyzes the images that the camera records. Face recognition software detects every suspicious object and searches for their personal information. It then analyzes the behavior of the object to filter out suspicious or harmful behavior for society.
The computer continually evaluates the situation and, if it recognizes the imminent danger, it will signal a warning to the nearest police station to stop the crime before it is done.

The system will look at many criteria, such as sudden movements, hair in bizarre shapes, tattoos on the body, bizarre clothes, obscenities, and chair lifts. Metal detectors, motion detectors and even microphones will be integrated into the system.
" At the moment we have 4 million cameras across the UK, but their effect on anti-social behavior is negligible. We want to create a system that will stop all crime on buses, trains and public places , "said Dr Paul Miller, a member of the ISIS team.
