These animals may be gay

The phenomenon of same-sex couples occurs in about 1,000 species due to many reasons. While bottlenose dolphins have homosexual sex to enhance cohesion in the herd, the seagull does so because of the lack of males.

1. Laysan Seagull

Nearly one-third of the "family" of the large Laysan albatross scientists observed in the Hawaiian Islands, the United States is made up of two female birds. Due to the lack of male birds, the females flirt and then raise the cubs.

2. Bottled dolphin

This is the species with the highest proportion of individuals participating in homosexual behavior on the earth. Approximately 50% of male bottlenose dolphins often have sex with homosexual individuals. That action helps them strengthen the bond between the members in the small herds.

3. Fruit flies

Because of the lack of an important gene, male fruit flies cannot recognize females, so they flirt and mate with both sexes. In addition, if subjected to forced pairing in the laboratory, male flies also perform homosexual behavior.

4. Large horned mountain sheep in North America

In many cases, large "female" horned sheep are only noticed by males after they exhibit homosexual behavior with other females.

5. Flies

During the breeding season, flies flutter to find a partner. Some male flies try to override the same sex so that they cannot mate with the females. Then the dominant male will take advantage of the opportunity to reach the "girls" first.
