These exotic animals in Vietnam

Flying lizards like birds, jumping fish like frogs, frogs crawling like worms . are not uncommon in forests in Vietnam.

As a country of equatorial tropics, Vietnam is endowed with a diverse and rich fauna with thousands of different species, many of which are endemic to Vietnam.

This biological diversity is also expressed through many exotic animals that, if admired for the first time, many of us will be surprised.

Vietnam soil would like to introduce images of some strange fish, amphibians and reptiles of Vietnam, recorded by "green forest photographer" Phung My Trung during the forest research trips to nature.

When in danger, freshwater puffer fish ( Chelolodon fluviatilis ) bulge out like a smooth ball so that no enemy will swallow it.

The mudskipper ( Periophthalmus schlosseri ) may make many people mistaken for an amphibian because they have frog-like eyes and can move on land easily by two forelimbs.
