However, doctors warn that Truvada is not immediately effective and HIV / AIDS resistance in people who do not take regular medicine is not high.

On the other hand, the experiment was only conducted in gay men and women, so it was not possible to determine the preventive ability of the drug in the case of heterosexual sex by way of HIV infection / AIDS in this case is different from homosexual relationships.
