Uzonka stork has a fake mine
Uncle Uzonka at Bucarest Northern Zoo, Bucharest, Romania has recently become the first animal in the world to carry a fake mine that can still function normally.
Uzonka was recently shot by poachers while searching for bait. After five surgeries at the Uzon Animal Hospital, it was fitted with a false beak to fit in front of the intact mine.
This is an image of Uzonka stork in the backyard of the hospital. It was able to feed itself with this unique 1-2 mine.
