Video: Divers dive to let shrimp clean up food on the teeth
A diver shot himself, opening his mouth under the sea in Hawaii so that the shrimps could "clean" their teeth.
According to Daily Mail, Drew Kaplan had a very strange experience when he dived into the sea area of Maui Island, Hawaii, wide open his mouth to clear the shrimps.
Divers open their mouths for shrimp to remove plaque from their teeth.
"The feeling is not so bad. I even find it very interesting. But you need to be wary of electric eels. They with this shrimp often live together," Kaplan said.
This special marine shrimp species in Hawaii often helps fishes eliminate parasites lurking in their mouths.
