Video: Radio waves can be emitted by aliens
Astronomers obtained 15 radio waves from a dwarf galaxy 3 billion light years away. The team hypothesizes that the flashes come from a magnetic star, ie the neutron star rotates with a strong magnetic field.
Waves are capable of emitting from alien laser technology.
They also speculated that the lightning wave could come from alien laser technology used to propel and power the spacecraft just like the wind pushing a ship at sea.
That hypothesis is similar to Breakthrough Starshot, the initiative to push the nano ship to Proxima Centauri star system with a laser machine on Earth.
