Rainbow circles are fully recorded by video cameras on a skyscraper in Russia.
The rainbow image has a full round shape recorded by a video camera on the roof of Lakhta Center, a 460m high skyscraper under construction in St. Petersburg. Petersburg, Russia, according to RT.
