Video: Rainbow circle appears in the English sky

The rainbow-shaped phenomenon appears in about 15 minutes to be returned from the observatory in the city of Portsmouth, England.

"I went to work at 7:30 am and had a Christmas decorator on the observation deck. When I looked up, I happened to find a rainbow of circles. It appeared for about 15 minutes then faded . Bernie recounted.

The rainbow is actually round. However, only pilots who are in special conditions in the sky see its perfect circle. The angle of sunlight passing through water particles in the air makes us see only one arc if viewed from the ground.
