A resident of the Altai region of Russia was lucky enough to capture the beautiful scene of rainbow clouds when it appeared on the top of Mount Belukha a few days ago.
According to the Siberian Times , Svetlana Kazina - a photographer living in the Altai mountains of Russia - has captured the captivating moments when the sky on the top of Mount Belukha suddenly shined with seven colors of rainbow.
Belukha is the highest mountain in Siberia, measuring 4,506 meters.
