The full moon coincides with the time when it reaches the extreme position - the closest point to the earth in orbit, with a distance of 356,989km, so the observer on Earth sees the moon bigger than usual. Experts say this is the brightest and brightest moon in 2013, and this is only repeated in August next year.

When the super moon takes place, the moon looks bright and bigger than usual, especially when it grows in the eastern horizon after sunset, or has favorable atmospheric conditions for observation.

"The moon will be about 12-14% larger in the near position, and 30% brighter than the normal full moon," Duy said.

Many people believe that the full moon event coincides with the near-point position that will affect the climate types on the earth. However, many scientists deny this. Scientists insist that the super moon will not cause any geological events, it will only make some differences with the rise and fall of the tide. If it resonates with certain weather conditions, it may cause some problems in coastal areas.
