Vietnam set a world record for overclocking on maiboard Asus

Recently, two members of OC Club of Amtech.com.vn forum are Trinh Duc Duy and Dinh Tran Thai Son, bringing the speed of Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 CPU to 4744.15 MHz when overclocking on the motherboard Asus P5Q3 Deluxe Wi-Fi.

This is a new world record of overclocking capabilities on Asus motherboards. The most recent achieved level is 4737.5 Mhz created by a group from China.

"The record created in Vietnam is very interesting. But I think, with the world's first motherboard with 16 real power phases and high stability for strong overclocking capability, I believe the Young talented people can still break this pace, " said Leroy Liu, Director of Asus Vietnam.
