121-year-old grandmother set a record of the oldest in Vietnam

Mr. Nguyen Thi Tru (born on May 4, 1893) in Da Phuoc commune, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City, has just been established by the Vietnamese record organization as the oldest elderly woman today .

Previously, in 2011, the Vietnam Record Organization established Trù as the oldest person in Vietnam. After 3 years of searching, this organization has not recorded anyone who broke the record of the old woman.

Sharing about the secret of longevity, Tru said that just eating at the right time, loving and helping people, living comfortably in order for the soul to be peaceful. He gave birth to 11 children, 4 people are still alive. He was with his 72-year-old son's family.

According to Guinness World Records, the record for the oldest woman today is Misao Okawa in Japan, 116 years old. Therefore, the Vietnam Record Organization will propose the Asia Record Organization and the World Record Organization to set a record for the Instrument of the Elder 'the oldest elderly woman in the world'.

In the coming time, Vietnam Record Organization will search and publish the records of the oldest man, the oldest couple and the oldest twins in Vietnam.
