117-year-old grandmother lived by eating raw eggs
The world's oldest living Italian, Emma Morano, celebrated her 117th birthday in Verbania city on November 29. He revealed that he usually eats raw eggs every day.
Mrs. Morando welcomed the 117th birthday at her home with her two nieces, two carers and her own doctor, the AP reported.
Her grandmother was said to be the only person born in the 19th century to live in the world. Morano lived alone after parting with his violent husband in 1938.
In an interview last year, she explained that her secret to life expectancy is due to an unusual diet with three live eggs every day for decades. Until now, she only ate two fruits and 150 grams of raw beef after anemia.

Also on this special day, the oldest woman in the world received the congratulations of the Italian president in the hope that she would continue to live healthy and serene. She also appeared on the live broadcast of national television on November 29.
"I'm happy to turn 117 , " she said . "I hope I don't have to cut the cake," the old woman witty after blowing out the candles on the birthday cake.
Carlo Bava, Morano's personal physician, said that when he was young, everyone said he was ill, but he still lived to this age.
Scientists are studying the case of Mrs. Morano and a few long-lived Italian citizens over 105 years old. Dr. Bava believes that Morano's long-term life is due to the genetic structure and positive living attitude.
Morano's sister was also cared for by Dr. Bava but died at the age of 97.
In the afternoon of the same day, after a short nap, the grandmother took another birthday party with the city's mayor.
