Vitamin E causes a decrease in bone density?
A new study shows that vitamin E can stimulate cells to cause bone density reduction, as opposed to what people think.

The team led by Shu Takeda at Keio University in Tokyo said their findings could affect people using vitamin E. supplements.
The researchers explained that maintaining a balance between bone-forming cells (osteoblast) and osteoclast (osteoclast) keeps the bones strong.
