The office is a crowded place with many public areas, shared such as elevators, printers, timekeepers, toilet areas, meeting rooms . Increase personal hygiene

Office people should maintain healthy habits such as exercise between work shifts, active physical activity, keep warm nose and throat, improve fitness.

Attention nutrition

Proper diet helps fight disease. Eating enough nutrients helps the body have enough energy to work, work all day long. Actively supplement vitamins from vegetables, tubers, fruits, help increase resistance.
