Why more and more male infertility?

New evidence suggests that chemicals commonly used in everyday life are one of the leading causes of sperm quality and significantly reduce fertility in men.

Researchers from three Glasgow Universities, Edinburgh and Aberdeen experimented on sheep by exposing them to typical chemicals in human life such as cosmetics, detergents and some substances. Other common pollutants.

Observing the testes of sheep from the time they were fetuses to adulthood, Dr. Michelle Bellingham (Glasgow University) said: 'We were surprised to see the amount of sperm in the testes in the group. This is unusually low, up to 42% compared to the other group. Of course that influence in each individual is not the same and we are investigating why this phenomenon is'.

Professor Neil Evans (University of Glasgow) added: 'That finding emphasizes that even if the chemical concentration in the environment is likely to be very low, it is still difficult to predict the degree of influence when each fish must be exposed to chemical mixtures'.

All life on this planet must exist with a variety of natural and man-made chemicals. In particular, artificial chemicals are responsible factors in reducing the amount of male sperm, leading to an increase in the need for in vitro fertilization (IVF) in humans.

And in a living environment, where there are signs of chemicals nowadays, the number of infertile men probably will not stop.
