The truth about the miraculous effect of activated carbon

The food with activated carbon became an attractive trend for many people. However, scientists say this substance does not work as advertised.

Recent activated carbon has become a trend, used by chefs to turn everyday dishes into unique, claiming they help boost energy, help whiter skin, reduce bloating. Many people, including many stars, praised the health benefits of activated carbon, especially the potential for toxic emissions.

The root of activated carbon is thought to be toxic because it is used in emergencies that need to reduce the amount of toxins, when patients take poison or take overdose. Coal will bind to the toxins in the intestinal tract, preventing them from being absorbed into the bloodstream, then being excreted through the excretion pathway.

However, self-styled nutritionists took advantage of this to mislead users about the use and effectiveness of this active ingredient. Loading activated carbon into the body seems to be a harmless trend, but you should avoid using products containing them for many reasons.

Activated carbon clings to everything, including vitamins, minerals and oxidants in the food you consume. This makes the body unable to absorb these beneficial nutrients.

Similarly, activated carbon can also bind to some of the ingredients in antidepressants or reduce inflammation, reducing the use of drugs. This can cause serious harm to some people, but is not explained or warned on products containing activated carbon.

It only binds to the molecules in your stomach or intestines at the time you use activated carbon. They work when exposed to what's in your gut. If you try to use them to poison the amount of alcohol or bread you eat the night before, it is impossible because it has all been absorbed into the blood. Activated carbon also makes your digestion process slower, which can cause nausea or constipation.
