30-year-old young men die from H1N1

A locksmith residing in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City passed away at Gia Dinh People's Hospital on September 24th with the initial symptoms of cough, fever, sore throat then acute respiratory failure.

Gia Dinh People's Hospital doctors said patients were hospitalized on September 21 with flu-like symptoms. Suspecting that he was infected with H1N1 flu, he had to treat Tamiflu immediately with taking samples for testing. However, only a few hours after admission, the patient weakened.

Subsequent results at HCMC Pasteur Institute identified H1N1 flu positive patients. ' Patients fall into pneumonia, respiratory failure and worsening. We had a positive emergency but still did not survive , 'a doctor said.

According to doctors, patients with paralyzed polio and being overweight. The family members said that, two days before being admitted to the hospital, he had a cough, sore throat, bought medicine but did not stop.
