I was asked to take a breath experiment . Experts tested equipment for miners, self-contained breathing apparatus in an emergency. This device allows breathing oxygen for 25-30 minutes using oxygen during respiration when you exhale carbon dioxide. In this experiment I had to run for 30 minutes on the treadmill with this device, and during this time I could only use the oxygen I inhaled before going on the treadmill. In this experiment, I was paid about 60 thousand rubles (about 21.8 million VND). The experiment itself lasted a day, background checks - a day, and health checks - for two days.

Will physical changes happen after such an experiment?

In background checks, I took pure oxygen for 30 minutes, feeling great. Blood test experts from the finger on the biometric scanner every 5 minutes, monitor how the chemical composition of the blood is changing during the process of breathing pure oxygen.

How did you feel during the experiment?

I was sweating all over, feeling like I didn't have enough air, the last minute was very difficult. But the experiment itself is very interesting, you breathe for 30 minutes with one breath, this is great.

The third experiment was to test a corset-like latex coat that astronauts used to keep their spine from being stretched out during the flight. The experiment that takes place in the bath is called 'soaking dry' , ie immersion in weightlessness. Water temperature is close to body temperature. At night, I was wearing a special set of clothes, the second one was in the bath, but didn't wear such a suit, and the experts watched the differences in the figures. In this experiment also need daily blood tests, monitoring the speed of the limb response. I stayed in this bath for 5 days, but I brought the books with me. You can only move at least, can only spin in the bathtub and nothing more.

What was the diet?

Amazingly, three meals a day, a tray with food, they put the pillow under my back to make me more or less comfortable. Have a low-carb diet to avoid excessive gas formation. When urinating, use medical duck. If you go outside, you don't want to because you're lying and your intestines work a little differently. But, after 5 days it is great!

I was invited to participate in other experiments, but, I refused. They also invited me to participate in a 'dry soak' experiment (in a dry bath) for 21 days, the reward was also very good, but then I realized that I could not remove another 21 days. out of my life!
