The " Summer 2015" contest is part of a series of activities of the One Billion cubic meter saving fund for Vietnam, organized by Comfort brand and the Department of Water Resources Management, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The competition aims to promote the creative ability of young people in changing awareness and behavior of using clean water in the community.
6 teams with projects are deployed with the Green Summer 2015 campaign.
Overcoming hundreds of contest ideas, 6 most feasible and practical projects selected by the jury. Projects focus on two main areas of activity: disseminating clean water to the people and proposing methods to treat water with an environmentally friendly system . The project will be supported by the Vietnam Union of Students Association and coordinated with the Green Summer campaign to turn ideas into reality, bring clean water to areas of serious water shortage throughout the country.

The method of filtering water by sunlight (Sodis) was selected by the Group of Generations and Hue College of Students. The Magic Book group (Hanoi) will go to Co To island district (Quang Ninh) to build a rest stop, combine sea distillation and filter rainwater, to provide clean drinking water to tourists and residents.
At Cu Lao Cham island commune (Quang Nam), Danang River Watch club propagates to residents and visitors by distributing notebooks, constructing water pipes for 10 households with water-saving lock valves . Water classes, exhibitions "Water and life around you". . also performed by the Waves team at 2 primary schools in Da Nang.
In the highlands, the Nuoc Rai group will bring the project to Chu Bi commune (Gia Lai), build a water filtration system that simulates the slow filtering process from nature, supplying water to 586 people living in the area.
Each project received VND 50 million in support to realize the idea .
