Below German professor gave 7 preventable cancer factors:

1. Tobacco

This is the cause of 30% of all human cancers such as lung, larynx, esophageal, pancreatic cancer . In smoke there are over 70 different types of toxic chemicals that can cause cancer. Especially, there are 43 substances that have been shown to cause cancer, such as nickel, cadmium, benzopyren .

People who do not smoke but live with people who smoke and breathe in tobacco smoke are also at risk of smoking-related diseases , as do people themselves, especially women and children.

2. Alcohol abuse

Most people know that drinking a lot of alcohol is not healthy, but few people know that it can increase the risk of cancer. It causes many types of cancer such as cancer of the mouth, throat, larynx and breast. . The rate of liver cancer in men is the 3rd highest after lung and stomach cancer - the main reason is due to cirrhosis due to excessive alcohol consumption.

3. Malicious nutrition

High-fat, low-fiber diets increase the risk of colorectal and breast cancer . Food preservatives and colorants of chemical origin; Metabolic intermediates and food borne from fermented mold are also the cause of many types of gastrointestinal cancer such as stomach cancer, liver, colon .

Thi smoked, salted fish, pickled melon, salted fish, especially melon with many nitrates, nitrites are carcinogens of the esophagus and stomach. Rice and groundnut are two foods that are susceptible to mold. Aspergilllus flavus infects and secretes a toxic substance, afatoxin, which causes primary liver cancer.

4. Environmental pollution
