A bunch of child-winning robots with ideas
Each year, Electrolux organizes awards for unique designs. This year the first prize went to Adrian Perez Zapata, the Colombian with a bunch of small, flexible robots cleaning the house.
Design Lab is an annual award of Electrolux that gives ideas about equipment for life not only in the present but also in the future, with candidates being students and students all over the world.

In 2013, there were 1,700 topics from 60 countries participating in the contest and the organizers selected 8 topics to the final round. According to Gizmag magazine, the first prize belongs to Mab product by Adrian Perez Zapata (Columbia). It is a solar-powered chatter of robots, able to fly like unmanned and programmable devices capable of identifying corners in the house for cleaning, including vacuuming and deodorizing.
The second prize is Luiza Silva's Atonium machine from Brazil. It is a concept of 3D food printers, which will create meals with the taste and aesthetic form of will. Atonium is especially suitable for children who are less tolerant of food or adults who are fed with anorexia.
The third prize went to Jeabyun Yeon (South Korea) with the idea of a versatile device called Breathing Wall, which helps to filter the air in the room, create a pleasant scent and illuminate by LED color changing according to users' preferences.
