At 16 pm 17-12, the JTWC network (USA) reported the warning number 2 on tropical depress number 26W. Accordingly, Tropical Depression 26W is moving in the northwest direction, 20 hours per hour (1 nautical mile = 1,853m), nearly 12.3 degrees north latitude and 138.9 degrees east longitude.
