However, the latest study by scientists at Tel Aviv University (Israel) shows that abuse of vitamin E is not only beneficial but also harmful to the body.

In the announcement published in the latest issue of the American Journal of "Blood Circuits and Arteriosclerosis" (US), scientists at Tel Aviv University said they had conducted an investigation and followed up about 300,000. Subjects come from different countries like the US, Europe and Israel, then compare between subjects who drink and do not take vitamin E supplements.

The results found that subjects who took vitamin E supplements lost 4 months of life expectancy compared to those who did not take the drug. However, this does not mean that all people who take vitamin E supplements have the above phenomenon.

Previous research has also found that vitamin E supplements are not only ineffective in preventing some diseases but also conflict with cholesterol-lowering drugs.

Scientists recommend that vitamin E be supplemented by eating and not taking vitamin E. / supplements.
