Add a giant iceberg from Antarctica

A giant iceberg about the size of Luxembourg (Western Europe) that broke out from the East of Antarctica earlier this week may "threaten the sea life", scientists warned on 26- 2.

According to BBC News, the iceberg is 78 km long and 39 km wide separated from the Mertz glacier, then it collides with another giant iceberg, called B9B. They move and can seriously affect algae (the algae grow in the spring) and the emperor penguins live in this area.

'The penguins are forced to travel 200-300km west to find food, and so are the seals, they leave to find more open waters,' said Dr. Neal Young from China. Center for Antarctic Climate and Ecosystem Research in Australia says.
