Add an outbreak of bird flu in Japan
Yesterday, in Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan broke out an outbreak of bird flu. This time the disease took place on a farm in Shitomi town, killing 23 chickens. This is the fourth bird flu outbreak in the past one month in Japan and the third in Miyazaki Prefecture.
The first tests on 23 chickens and 13 dead birds showed signs of bird flu. Immediately this farm was isolated and a ban on the transport of poultry, poultry eggs was set within a radius of 9 km.
At the same time, the Japanese Ministry of Health is also actively investigating whether the outbreak in Okayama Prefecture is caused by the dangerous H5N1 strain. It is known that the H5N1 virus is the culprit that caused two bird flu outbreaks in Miyazaki Prefecture this month.
