Adiponectin promotes the consumption of body fat

The hormone secreted by fat cells (adiponectin) can help improve the metabolism of sugar and fat in muscle cells, while promoting fat burning in the body.

This is the latest report of Japanese scientists headed by Professor Kadowakixiao of Tokyo University, published on the British magazine's natural website dated April 2.

Experimental results in animals have confirmed that the ability of adiponectin to burn fat to the human body is similar to that of fat consumption.

Specifically, scientists have analyzed the metabolism in muscle cells through the molecular surface.

After analysis, the scientists discovered, after combining adiponectin with the cell surface, the effect of mitochondria involved in sugar metabolism was enhanced.

Scientists have taken advantage of gene therapy to make experimental mouse cells without adiponectin, and perform comparisons with normal mice.

The results showed that mice without adiponectin were very likely to have fat accumulation, and their durability during exercise was reduced.

If at the same time the drug supplement promotes the effect of adiponectin for mice, its metabolism will be improved.

According to scientists, in the body of people with diabetes and metabolic syndrome it is difficult to secrete adiponectin.

The results of this study have important implications for exploiting related drugs, while helping to improve metabolism for people with advanced age or obesity difficulties in movement.
