Aliens under the eyes of scientists

From a scientific perspective, the aliens are not the same as what people imagine and watch on movies.

Hollywood is always talking too much about what goes on in reality, typically small blue friends from distant cosmic planets they call Alien. These Alien are always ugly, big, slimy and aggressive. But they are like human beings, must follow the rules of nature.

Here are the characteristics of aliens under the perspective of a scientist.

1. Causing battle

A trait that leads people to dominate the planet for many other evolving species is invasion.

Any stronger species that captures the habitat to grow, the species will adapt to evolve. Extraterrestrial people have little time to master our harsh and diverse environment.

An article from the University of Missouri showed the fact that the Alien migrated to our planet, if they evolved, smarter than us, in their eyes humans as a resource, like like how people look at animals and habitats around them. And of course, people are not smart enough to realize their presence.

2. Discover

Any form of life comes to Earth, basically to explore first.

Finding new civilizations, people will also explore and learn their resources. Like the way Columbus found America, Marco Polo discovered the East Indies or the Vikings discovered Europe.

People of the future also want to explore new lands

According to astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, Alien is likely to search for another planet to settle or extract resources there.

They will not come to destroy us but most likely they will seek to exploit what is beneficial in the technology race with other civilizations, this is also a trend of species development.

3. Viruses and bacteria spread disease

Aliens have never been exposed to the bacteria on Earth and may not be immune to some of the mildest human diseases.

Just look at how the pilgrims or invaders, smallpox and typhus have slaughtered them in many human historical wars.

However, it does not exclude the possibility that naturally selected bacteria and viruses designate diseases on certain organisms, limited by specific types of DNA.

For example, rarely animal diseases can infect humans and vice versa. So the Alien can invade Earth but completely immune to many human diseases.

4. Do not eat people

A scary thought is that Alien will keep us locked up for meat. But that is unlikely to happen with a high-tech race enough to travel space, certainly limiting the nutritional needs of living organisms.

A long trip of hundreds of years cannot feed cattle to eat, but it will have a sustainable food production plan over time.

Moreover, the digestive system of organisms that have evolved too far apart will not allow digestion with proteins, nutrients found in strange planets.

5. The possibility of infinite massacre

How many people have moved into new homes and discovered insects and flies have invaded the entire house before. How many of us will take a beating stick to kill each of us or use poison spray to kill a whole series in a few minutes?

So are aliens, they are advanced species, will be willing to use advantage technology to erase the life on the planet they want to use for their own purposes.

Forget the flying saucers and shoot lasers like in movies. In real life, they have a way for people to evaporate in a blink of an eye.

6. Cannot have giant insects

Many people think of Alien as the shape of an insect on Earth, but that is absurd. It is fear that insects have implanted this thought in their heads more than the fear of lasers.

In fact, insect body structure only works well when it is small. There is not enough oxygen in the blood to allow them to grow larger.

In prehistoric times, when air was plentiful with oxygen, insects and reptiles grew to an incredible size, but insects only reached more than 1 meter in size.

7. No human form

Popular in movies, aliens are very much like humans, just like silver or blue paint on their skin, Star Trek is the best proof. People are unique and valuable products on Earth because they have evolved to adapt.

We stand up straight to observe further, 5-fingered hands with the opposite thumb for easy manipulation, climbing on trees better. But what kind of plants and Alien do not need to climb trees like humans, the shape cannot be like us.

There is no way to know exactly what alien creatures look like but surely they have developed skulls and their ability to hunt. They also develop sensory organs and must have basic senses: mouth, eyes, ears, legs to move.

8. Language and writing

Development civilization must communicate. Like humans, Alien will exchange complex theory and record communication for later generations through learning. If there is no language, no written word escapes by individuals.

But how do two different species understand each other? Depending on their habitat, sound waves may not resemble Earth. It is also possible that they will use vibrations through a special sense, even as Hollywood wants us to believe, they communicate with telepathy. It has not been proven but in the future may be the result of some technological device.

9. There is no super power

Aliens will not be standard men and superhuman like movies

Aliens cannot have super powers. When they reached the level of technological proficiency needed to explore the universe, they eliminated the intention of violence, muscle strength thousands of years ago. They will evolve to use energy and muscle effectively in a minimal way.

High energy consumption requires a larger body and requires even more nutrition, which is contrary to progressive evolution.

A progressive culture does not require itself to affect the surrounding environment. They have enough tools to increase physical strength or movement speed.
