Ambitious to exploit resources on asteroids, collecting huge resources

Experts believe that asteroids flying around the Earth contain many precious metals such as gold and platinum worth up to $ 100 billion for each person on the green planet.

Scientists are looking to bring asteroids into Earth's orbit to exploit the abundant resources on these asteroids.

Therefore, scientists are studying the method of redirecting these asteroids for ease of exploitation.

The way scientists set out to use rockets to change the orbits of asteroids makes them dependent on the gravity of the Earth. Then, a small, unmanned spacecraft will approach these asteroids to exploit metals, minerals and water.

Meanwhile, researchers from Glasgow University, Scotland, proposed using atmospheric deceleration to slow down the speed of planets when flying around the Earth. After that, the spacecraft will approach and push them towards Earth.

The spacecraft will be attached to asteroids until the end of the mining process in case of sudden adjustments.

According to the Daily Mail, asteroids that become targets of research will have to be under 30m in diameter. One of the potential targets that scientists are targeting is the 2005 VL1 asteroid .

The idea of exploiting resources from the planet is also being studied by a group of Chinese astrophysicists. But their project is even bolder when it plans to bring these planets to Earth for direct exploitation.
