As planned, Endeavor's last flight to the International Space Station (ISS) will take place on April 29 in the presence of US President Barack Obama. However, just hours before the ship boarded the launch pad, the engineers discovered two heaters on the back of the hull that did not work. These two machines prevent freezing in backup generators when the aircraft flies into space.

NASA initially planned to launch the ship today, but then they decided to delay the launch time by at least another week to fix the problem, Space reported.

' We have not set a date for the launch of Endeavor. We only know that 8/5 is the day when the ship can start, 'said Mike Moses, head of the group of experts watching the ship Endeavor.

Endeavor will fly to ISS with 6 astronauts for two weeks. The ship carries a detector of antimatter particles worth $ 2 billion. This will be the 25th flight of the ship. After returning to Earth, Endeavor will be taken to a museum in California, USA.
