Lucca dog

According to Mother Nature Network, Lucca is the most recent animal received the Dickin medal . Lucca completed 400 missions during his six years in the US Navy in Afghanistan. It received the medal in April 2016, becoming the first US Navy dog to receive this award.
By patrol ability, Lucca protected thousands of soldiers. Lucca lost a leg when he made his last patrol in 2012. Currently, Lucca is retired. It lives with coach Christopher Willingham and his family in California, USA.
Dog Bob

Bob is a hybrid dog. It was the first animal to receive the Dickin Medal in March 1944. While traveling with the British army reconnaissance unit in North Africa, Bob suddenly stops. It sensed the enemy's close presence so it didn't move. This helped save many soldiers in the unit.
Pigeon GI Joe

GI Joe is a member of the US military. It was honored for its outstanding flight during World War II. Joe flew more than 32 km in 20 minutes to deliver a timely message and save at least 100 Allied soldiers.
Diesel Dog

Diesel died when leading the attack of the terrorist police in Paris in November. Diesel belongs to the Belgian Malinois. It is a member of the French Research, Support, Intervention and Prevention unit. Diesel participated in the siege of a terrorist apartment on November 13 in a Paris suburb. Diesel was awarded the Dickin Medal in December 2015.

Four horses Olga, Regal, Upstart and Warrior

Three horses Olga, Regal and Upstart received the Dickin Medal on April 11, 1947. Warrior received this honor in September 2014 after his death. These horses are members of the London Central Police Department, England. Olga and Upstart were honored for their bravery while on duty. Regal won the honor by staying calm when the cage was bombed twice. Warrior on behalf of all service animals in World War I received the Dickin medal.
Rip Dog
