Bitdefender antivirus program for free

B itdefender officially released the latest version of Bitdefender Free Edition for individual users. The free version has some limitations compared to the commercial version.

Bitdefender Free Edition uses technologies to detect and remove viruses and spyware . Features included in Bitdefender Free Edition:

- Scan and kill viruses
- Set a scan schedule or scan the entire system immediately
- Can change the program interface
- Blocking viruses, virus information will be sent to Bitdefender Labs for analysis
- Report the status of the system after scanning.

The limitation of Bitdefender Free Edition (Antivirus v10) is that it cannot update the database automatically from Bitdefender's server. Therefore, it is impossible to kill the latest viruses and trojans. In addition, Bitdefender Free Edition version also does not support Windows Vista.
