Brazil is 'raped' with YouTube for sex videos

The Brazilian court has ordered YouTube to block access to the hot "room" video clip between supermodel Daniela Cicarelli and her boyfriend.

The world's largest video-sharing site received a request to remove video clips of intimate scenes between Cicarelli and bank employee Renato Malzoni from the beach in September 2006. However, the clip still occasionally reappears on YouTube, forcing the Supreme Court of Sao Paulo to enforce a stronger judgment.

Cicarelli is currently one of Brazil's most famous supermodels. She is leading a popular show on MTV Brazil and was engaged to "Aliens" Ronaldo.

According to the latest Court ruling, YouTube must find ways to prevent Internet users from Brazil from opening and watching this video clip. "They acted not hard enough. People just need to re-post the video with another name that still exists on YouTube", the lawyer representing his boyfriend Cicarelli said.

As noted by the AP, the video download link still appears on YouTube yesterday, but access efforts from Brazil and the US only changed the message: " This image has been removed because of a violation of the law. private ". And yet, the plaintiff also asked YouTube to pay a fine of up to $ 119,000 for each day the video clip was distributed.

This is not the first time YouTube has been sued. Earlier, in July, freelance reporter Robert Tur sued YouTube in front of the Los Angeles District Court, accusing a news report of him being illegally posted and distributed. Most recently, YouTube had to remove nearly 30,000 video files after being sued by a Japanese commercial entertainment organization.
