The Ministry of Planning and Investment has granted investment licenses for construction and operation of the solid waste treatment complex, with a capacity of 3,000 tons of garbage per day.
On December 30, the Ministry of Planning and Investment awarded the investment license to build and operate Da Phuoc Solid Waste Treatment Complex - Binh Chanh for California Waste Solutions Company (CWS).
This is the largest solid waste treatment complex in the country.
The complex was built at Da Phuoc Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City with a total investment of 430 million USD, of which CWS Company invested in phase 1 was 90 million USD.
The solid waste treatment complex, with a capacity of 3,000 tons of waste per day, is expected to be completed in a year.
