Cars run on cooking oil

The car was made with cooking oil by some members of the University of Maryland who took advantage of the excess oil from the kitchen to produce biofuel cars.

This fuel is also used to run buses in 15 schools. However, scientists now say that production of carrot oil is still limited.

According to the Department of Biofuels Administration, US biofuels production last year rose to 280 million liters, predicting that this year would double.
