China has a space monitoring station in Australia

With the addition of the Dongara space monitoring station in Australia, China has raised the total number of foreign countries that it has a space station to number 5.

Hong Kong's South Morning China Post reported on November 7 that China has a space station in the Dongara region, about 350 kilometers north of Perth, Western Australia, where it successfully launched the Shenzhou 8 ship. November 1 last.

Dongara space station is China's fifth station located in Australia after some countries such as Pakistan, Chile, Kenya and Namibia.

Beijing revealed, the construction of the Dongara station in Australia was undertaken by the Swedish Space Group. Chinese officials are hiring construction sites and equipment after Australian authorities check and approve the agreement. The Australian Defense Ministry does not comment on the Dongara space station.
